Alexandre worked with Bourbon Japan for 8 years creating training videos for their team with renowned patissier, chocolatier and glacier Olivier Bajard. In Australia, Alexandre is the videographer for Turosi Food Solution Group creating food videos focused on the many and varied aspects of their food production processes.
